Thanks for removing the crafted tag, but you broke the Corrupted Reaper again and Belial doesn’t spawn, nemesis portals do though.
He spawned for me today after killing the Corrupted Reaver post-patch. And another run had a Nemesis portal (from the appropriate Boss Lairs node) following killing the Corrupted Reaver.

I am 250 keys in and I haven’t seen Belial spawn once, maybe I’m just unlucky.
The RNG is terrible, but it isn’t usually that bad. It was my 3rd run that I got Belial for Corrupted Reaver. The 2nd was the Nemesis portal. The 1st was a standard no-frills Corrupted Reaver (which is by far the most common after having done 16 today post-patch).
the Reaper itself is already Belial-level boss, is it supposed able to spawn baby Belial?
I’d had a similar thought when I saw it today, but shrugged and said “Free keys” (I got 5 from it) when it happened.

yes, no harm to spawn, but this could be potentially a bug.
