tried it with different builds its way over tuned on Torment IV could only kill belial with hydra build or with bugged flay build with minion build all crits perfect build i could not kill it with all masterworking crits orange 15 ranks of hellbent commander in total and +9skelly mages if you keep it as this this gonna be huge frustration for most of the playerbase only streamers and gigablasters like my self gonna be able to kill it
Pfffttt, it isn’t just Belial. I went in with a few builds on multiple bosses and tested T4 difficulty. Most builds had a tough time against all of them except Varshan and Grigoire.
I took an Invigorating strike rogue in against Durial and couldn’t even injure the adds enough to make the boss phase back in.
I think we’re going to be relegated to T3 bossing sans S-tier meta.

exactly even with S tier its not gonna be easy i mean getting 3x mw crits on all gear is not achievble for 95% of the player base they need to tone down nerfs and nerf the bosses health pool
With a minion necromancer it takes about 10 seconds, maybe a bit longer.
You just have to survive. The poison breath from one side to the other can be out runned.
Finding the right eye that is closed is also doable.
All other attacks you need to tank.
Get enough health, damage reduction, barrier, armor and resistances.
You can get your resistances to 85 %, if you really need more toughness.
Try him first on Torment 3, you will survive much more attacks there.
He is just about practicing and toughness.
