Being a druid for the 3rd day

My two cents in making this post.

Long story.
I first started playing as a sorcerer when day 1 started in Diablo IV, I got my sorcerer to a 100 on June 23, and my next goal was a necromancer, got her up to 87 at the moment then me and few other friends decided to go druid, we played a ‘bet’ testing hoping which of us will have the unique for our build which is the pulverize, we needed the
Vasily’s Prayer (unique helm) and Insatiable Fury (unique armor). we got up to level 65, then two of my friends already has this two items when we we’re all grinding in nightmare dungeons (no magic find), and I was like maybe I can get these items in the events aka helltides (opening chest of mysteries, helm and chest armors), legions or world bosses, 2 days has passed with grinding those events and none of them dropped what I needed for a druid, basically I got uniques yes, but frostburn or penitent greaves, come on.

Today I decided to try my luck running nightmare dungeons, I got a unique, mother’s embrace (are you kidding me!!) I know the loot table for the druid is being looked at the moment.

Short story
In my experience as a druid, wanna look for those unique? better flip a coin first before heading out, unique drops are bad on this class at the moment (especially for me) and I don’t want to ruin someone’s gamestyle on druid but having those two unique items aforemention greatly improves quality of life specially to new players that wanna survive playing in world tier 4.

in present times: im a level 76 druid pulverize build with no unique and still doing nightmares, not gonna lie, if I hit 78 on my druid and still no luck, Im gonna delete it and go back to either my sorcerer and necromancer and not look back at druid class anymore until issue gets fixed. That is all. Hope you guys have a wonderful day!

I mean… - goodluck on the grind, thats the entire point of most Diablo games … hopefully RNG works out for you :slight_smile:

Someone said they saw it in a campfire chat. I don’t watch them, so no idea.

Not to you, but now to OP, keep in mind level 80 now and lvl 80 before are very different things. You now get a level in 4-6 NMD compared to 15-25 previously. Getting an item at lvl 80-90 previously would be well past level 100 now.

Even so, had that actually been mentioned in the chat, I feel like we would have seen a number of posts / threads about it long before now. Anyway, off to read other threads.

Really all I see is that they were working on (and since fixed) the Barbarian items being part of the loot table. No more or less.

Finally just got Tempest roar and mad wolf’s glee at level 81.
