I agree Infinimist needs to be nerfed, its a very degenerate playstyle.
That being said, if you’re going to nerf the build, you need to address the GAME BREAKING weakness the Necromancer has, that forces them to play Infinimist.
Frozen Mobs.
-not the frozen winds.
-not the avoidable frozen explosions.
-Frozen attacks. Where when they touch you, you are just frozen for forever. In too many instances this is completely unavoidable with zero counterplay.
If the Necro is attempting to push a Key that is high diff, and not just a farm run, a Frozen pack is a stonewall and his only counterplay is to exit the dungeon and use a different key and hope he doesnt run into another Frozen pack.
The armor aspect that gives you Unstoppable at low health every 20-40 seconds is not a solution. It doesnt change anything.
My advised solution to nerf Infinimist AND give Necro the answer they need to Frozen is this:
Change the Decrepify enhancement skill from what it currently is(Lucky hit to reduce cooldowns by 1second) to: Afflicted enemies have 85% reduced CC duration.
Also, buff Bone Storm to also give you Unstoppable.
This way you arent always forced into Decrepify or Bonestorm, you can choose one or the other.
