I beat Lilith 7 levels under on world tier II, and as I was leaving the area through the fiery portal, I disconnected from the game instance. After restarting the game, it gave me an error saying that my account was locked and that I should wait a few minutes. After doing so, I was able to get back into the game and had my progress and items rolled back to before the fight. However, the gold and durability of my items as well as the upgrades I did before the rollback, were maintained.
Please, God, someone help.

Same here. After the fight I went back and talked with Lorath, dc’d rolled back and lost progress + the guaranteed item + a legendary wep… did the whole thing again and it didnt drop the guaranteed item.

Yeah i just beat lilith and it dc’d and now says my account is locked. i cant get in

i was lucky to being dc not on boss, but every 5-7 minutes.

Same, I beat Lilith on Level 46 and got disconnected and rolled back.
OP were you using an Elixir? I was using Iron Skin Elixir

Yeah, I had an elixir up at the time. It might have been part of the issue.

Literally just happened to me. Wasn’t using an elixir.

Had the same problem now. I defeated Lilith in the first world level and looted a legendary item. Then I talked to Lorath and had a disconnect. After that my account was locked for a while. Now the legendary item is gone and I have to do the last quest again, against Lilith.

Same issue here the game disconnected in the cutscene just after beating her. This is so frustrating as it is a long boss fight with 2 phases. kinda knocked the wind out my sails TBH. i might try again tomorrow i guess.

Brought Lilith down to 0 hp in the second phase. The game disconnects and my account gets locked. This totally ruined my experience with the game.

Same just hasppened to me, had Lilith down, disconnect (wtf) and now account locked

“Mother’s Embrace”. I just killed Lilith and got the ring+Lego weap, went through the portal (right after the fight) and it gave me an Error - Account locked; When I got back into the account I had to repeat the fight. The ring was not in my inventory, so I assumed it would just drop again. However, when I killed Lilith again the ring did not drop again. I’m not sure if this is working as intended, but seems as it’s not. No elixir for me either.

Just killed Lilith and my inventory was full when I got a legendary armor piece as a reward for completing Act 6, can’t find it anywhere now (not in stash either)

Yup. Just hit the same thing. Account locked with code 395002. Disconnect on the cutscene right after beating lilith. Platform was Xbox series x.
Got back in a few minutes later (after terminating the app.). Back to just before the lilith fight.

Same happened to me, got dced. Had to re-fight lilith and lost items.

Same thing happened to me. I thought it was a random disconnect until I read this thread. I was so upset to have to repeat that entire fight again. I almost quit the game.

Happened to me too…Lilith dropped a unique ring and a legendary weapon. Got dc’d when watching the items in inventory, got back in game and the items are gone and i’m rolled back in the quest before the fight…
