Purchased the ultimate pass which was stated included the battlepass, but the battlepass is requiring me to spend a thousand platinum to unlock. The in game store even shows I have the Ultimate edition unlocked and paid for. Need help, has anyone else experienced this?

Same issue. I had to buy the battle pass with platinum because I forgot ultimate came with one when I didn’t have a claim.

Pretty sure it was useable immediately, in any season. Likely already spent the unlock.
unlikely, ultimate edition gives one premium bp token, that need to be used manually, besides in previous season some people had activated premium bp before pre-order
considering I had owned the battlepass when I bought ultimate, I can guarantee that we are missing our tokens.

Same here bought the Ultimate pass which I thought included 1 battlepass for a season(but wasn’t sure because I bought it a while back) so I bought it again… Also the game forgot while I played my spiritborn that I bought the dlc and didn’t let me back into Nahantu (where I entered already previously) and going back to menu it locked my spiritborn. Had to restart my console
