Battle.net not showing my D4 pre-order

Hi guys, hopefully someone can help, i pre-ordered in March this year with the announcment of the beta’s, money has clearly been taken from bank account, so no issue there. On my Battlenet app on PC, i was able to install/play both the beta and slam weekends. After i deleted the slam install, my battlenet doesnt show any info relating to D4 now with the exception of sayin i can pre-order. Looking under accounts and subs etc i cant see anything either to say its pre-ordered. Is that the same with u guys ? many thanks

If you go to the D4 in the shop you should have the checkmark that says “in library” on the version that you bought.

Go to Blizzard Support

Click on payments

Then click on contact support

Then click on refunds

Then click on continue

It’ll give you a list of your orders, and whether they’ve “shipped” or not along with the date.

See if you can find your D4 order there. If you can find your D4 order but your license isn’t working you should contact customer support for help.

On the app under D4 in the games heading it should show install, and under that it should say something about available 6/6/23 and under that it should say “you have purchased this game.”

Make sure the game version is set to live just above the install button.

Maybe it’s just giving you the option of upgrading your pre-order still where it says pre-order?

Or you’re like me and have two battle.net accounts without realizing and you’re logged into the wrong one

It’s supposed to say “You have purchased this game” in green under the Install button.

Go to your battlenet account settings and go to games and subscriptions

Under my “Install” button for D4 in battlenet launcher I have the text “You have purchased this game.” in green text, you do not have that? :beers:

thanks again everyone, seems i have/had 2 battle accounts, i think after i deleted the Slam beta, i remember the battlenet app was updated, guess when i relogged in it was the wrong account, anyways all sorted thanks again see u all in D4
