Battle pass token

I bought the ultimate edition of VOH and didn’t get the free battle pass token . Didn’t notice it and it used my platinum to get the battle pass.

I’ve got same issue. I pre purchased VOH and now it’s asking for me to use platinum to buy the premium one. So not sure what to do now

I contacted blizzard about this and got an email saying "upgrade to the ultimate edition for access to the token.) so yea… they’re braindead over there

Had the same issue. Purchased the ultimate edition and battle pass was not free. Used platinum on accident. Super frustrating!

Yep, same thing happened to me as well.

Within the last 10 hours I upgraded my Edition from Standard all the way up to Ultimate. This should have included a 20 tier skip and a Token for Battle pass. Instead, when I was prompted to unlock the battle pass it never showed me to use a token or never showed that I had one. Instead it made me purchase it with platinum. I expect my platinum refunded to me. Or I think I will just sue Blizzard for false advertising. This is getting ridiculous. Fix your game!
