I see the tagged article but how long is this supposed to take? I had a token I was saving for this season and its gone with no idea where or when it’ll show back up.
Also would like to know how long this conversion process will take. Was told by Blizzard Support that my recently redeemed BP from Microsoft rewards is a legacy BP which is affected by this conversion delays.
Yep, that is mine too, MS rewards point token. Would be nice to know their timeline on this conversion not just some nebulous “during the launch of season 8”
I would also appreciate an update, when I spoke with a GM all they did was copy/paste the article with no timeframe or context.
My support advised me to create a new seasonal character. And what do you think? Didn’t help of course))))

Same… 4 MS Rewards battle pass tokens missing but it’s the same thing for everyone i think . And people who have purchased a Premium or Deluxe Battle Pass with Platinum say that activation doesn’t work. their platinum are deducted but no active battle pass…
Same issue on PS5. “During launch of season 8” isn’t helpful information when we don’t know how long is that supposed to be. Few days, couple weeks, longer?
Just got an ingame notice that it was converted to platinum but my plat never changed, I thought we were getting redemptions not plat?
Also just received the in-game notice, after relogging and closing the game my platinum amount still has not changed. (My token was from the deluxe edition).
I also got a message that I had got my Plat…which I have not received and I still don’t have my replacement for my Battle Token either.
Greetings, After 1st season I stopped playing too and saved my battlepass for future season…
Today after buying the expansion, I login and my battlepass is gone too and no platinum was given too, so weird way to take stuff from us… since we already paid for it.

I had 2 battle pass token before S8, and now, it’s showing only 1 token in-game. Is conversion rate not 1:1?

im on the same boat…tried to contact support and nothing, they just copy paste the article.
Asked for an ETA, but they just suggested for me to try to do a full logout, which i did, and if it doesnt work to wait a little more.
Seriously considering taking it to small claims court.
Also, from where did they get the accelerated battle pass = 1,8k plat? Looks like a scam to force you to buy more plat, since 1,8k isnt enough for anything in the store.
Blizzard’s support told me to go to Microsoft rewards support page and ask to refund my Microsoft reward points today since the dev team cannot make it work somehow. Saw posts from others recently who claimed that they finally received plats and BP tokens from their Microsoft rewards code, so I’m not sure why they cannot fix mine.
Im done supporting this company. Still haven’t received any reimbursement as I had 1 battle pass token to use. My gf had 2… it’s sad and frankly it pisses me off when people get taken advantage of. Yet they want us as customers to keep spending money on their colab cosmetics. Here’s an idea how about you make sure the transition is smooth before changing something that didn’t need to be changed. Now you’re stuck with customers that feel like they’ve been taken advantage of. Whatever I’m done👎
