Hi im having problems on PlayStation claiming my battle pass unlocks with the new favor tokens i currently have 28 tokens but when I try to claim stuff I get There was a problem retrieving the data. (Code 300016) can someone help with this as I have alot of unclaimed rewards I’ve payed for and grinded the tokens hours spent I feel cheated and out of pocket
Same. Did it once with an armor set and took the coins but didn’t get the item. Then I gave it a week and tried again with a dog and same thing. Big waste of platinum so far.
I’ve had the same issues with reliquary items the I used tokens on but nothing unlocked and I also purchased items in the shop with platinum and nothing unlocked. All purchase attempts still removed my tokens and platinum though. This happened a few days ago and they have still not updated
Same thay need to fix it or give us the reward n I’m on ps5
I have used tokens twice in the last week and lost the tokens but not recieved the item. I am also having problems in the store when getting items. both of these issues have happened in the last week or so.
download the battle.net app log in with the same account you use with Diablo. Accept any t and cs it asked you too then log back into the game. Any items purchased that errored will be restored and you should be able to continue as normal
