I purchased the accelerated battle pass and gained the twenty tiers. The next time I logged on my battle pass progress was reset to zero. I’ve checked my battle pass status and it shows I still own the accelerated pass. Logging out and back in did not resolve the issue.

I’m also having this same problem.
I am also having the same problem. It shows the Accelerated Battle Pass is active but it reset all of my progress to level 1.

I am on PC and I have the same issue. I purchased when I was on Rank 6 of the Battle Pass and it unlocked the 20 Tiers but the next time I logged in, it had reset back. I was able to claim the rewards, however now I have to progress the battle pass as if I hadnt purchased the skip.
