Download speed is so slow, I have a fast internet and downloads from other gaming streams are fast like steam and epic. In Battle Net it is very slow only around 300Kbs. Already applied the 99999 suggestion in the limit download bandwidth but same thing
Yeah, I found that the 9’s trick doesn’t always work anymore. And I have seen people use 99999, or even 9999999 and it doesn’t matter.
And its primarily only Diablo IV that’s affected like this. At the moment, there is little that can be done about it.
Every other game I have in the launcher doesn’t do this when I have updates to do for them. Its only Diablo IV that wants to go fast or slow at its own pace when it wants to.
Fortunately, while playing I don’t have issues.
Try this. Use your web browser while downloading. Sounds odd, but it actually helped me.
Also, sometimes it takes time for it to get up to speed, and can depend on both the speed you are supposed to get from your internet provider and how current your modem is. I was maxing out at no more than 2 meg per sec before recently updating my modem to a newer one. Now I am getting about 10 times that amount.
