Hello, after numerous conversations & tickets . . . support has refused to help and just continuously pushes me here for the problem.
So, very long story. I purchased the " Bathed in Blood bundle " from the shop yesterday after seeing how awesome the blood marking looked. However, this bundle only showed that the armor pieces were gate-kept to barbarian, the weapons and marking did not have any identifier ( normally items in the shop have icons specific to which class rather you click/hover them or not ).
Turns out, not so much. The marking is indeed gate-kept to the barbarian and was no showing on any other class due to that, obviously. I made a ticket, requested the bundle be removed and simply be returned the platinum as I don’t want the money back, I would just find something more universal to my taste. After numerous responses, from numerous people it boiled down to " no ".
The problem isn’t that they refuse to " refund " platinum or any of that, it’s that the product was either; A: Bugged or B: Unseen when posted. I purchased this bundle at around 1:05 PM EST. yesterday for context. Truthfully, I’m not sure why markings specifically are tied to classes anyways, but whatever. My issue is that this product was deceiving and NOT what was advertised. To put fuel to the flame ( about to name drop to prove a point), several of the Game Masters responded to my ticket with:
Game Master Raursonip; " However, as the same situation literally happened to me before, I highly advise you to kindly report the issue you’re encountering to us using the Diablo IV forums from the link below: Can’t include links in forums post but it basically just directs you to generic directory page for forums.
Game Master Eemeowuyef; " As a fellow adventurer, I can totally understand how frustrating it can be when the items you desire are class-specific and this was not mentioned in the bundle details, and that it’s not possible to refund items purchased with virtual currency, and I apologize for any confusion and frustrations this situation may have caused. "
The comment from Game Master Eemeowuyef specifically irked me as it was basically implying " sorry our bugged shop tricked you into thinking you were buying something you weren’t, gg "
Look at it this way, would be okay going to a restaurant and ordering chicken wings from the menu, only to find out that they weren’t the delicious $25 20-piece bone-in wings drenched in buffalo sauce you thought you were getting, but instead brought a $7.99 bag of micro-waved dino nuggies from the freezer section in wal-mart. It’s food still right? not quite, it’s deceiving and you would 100% ask for that to be corrected.
