Bartering locked in the Den

Hi,

When attempting to Barter with Fayira in the Den, I see the message that bartering is locked until Character Level 15. I am Level 60.

Same here, got to rapport 5 and Iā€™m paragon 200+ and it still tells me i need to be character level 15.

Hello, I had this issue, I unlocked each mercenary and after unlocking each I would talk to the Barter. After unlocking Aldkin and having Raheir watch after it I went to the Barter and it was unlocked.
Hope this works for you!

There seems to be something about the bartering quest. When I clicked on Raheir, and said his daughter was here then I was able to complete the barter quest.

But there was no indication that I needed to do that I was just following Hyperions advice above.
