So as a Sorceress I use the passive talent Protection, which per the tooltip says it creates a “barrier” based on a % of my total life pool. That works sure, but for some reason barrier generation has 0 effect on this barrier that I generate by using cooldowns? Why even include barrier generation on focus’s for sorceress if this doesn’t even increase the amount of the barriers I am generating!?
