Barrier from Temerity sometimes bugged (constantly goes down to 1)

Using a pair of Ancestral Temerity pants on my HC necro (S6 - VoH), and it sometimes bugges out and start to constantly lower its value to 1 (Goes up to 3X-4X, and down to 1, repeat), only way to fix it is to zone/TP out and back, or unequip/equip them, then it works fine again.
Kinda sucks when you really rely on the barrier in HC.

Have not been bugged like this before (Season 5 and earlier), I have used Temerity pants for many season on my HC minion necros.

+1 I also have this problem Anytime you load into a new zone/dungeon there is a random chance this will happen.
