After today’s update, I started playing with my pj (spirit born) and it is not creating a barrier for me. Even if you have gems and tempers that generate a barrier, it does not generate a barrier, the only time it generates a barrier is with the druid rune.
Has this happened to anyone else or what can be done to repair it.

Same thing with Temerity pants barrier, or, it drops down to 1 barrier from time to time until you tp/zone.
you have to use sapping legendary node
