The Wrath glyph states, “Skills that Critically Strike generate 3 Fury”. This works perfectly fine everywhere in the game except on World Bosses. Killed 2 World Bosses today and ran out of Fury repeatedly because the Wrath glyph wasn’t generating any Fury.
For what it’s worth, I have Lucky Hit Chance to restore resource on one of my weapons and that did not trigger once on either fight. Perhaps both of these are bugged.
