I noticed that the “small” icons for the Barbarian’s Weapon Expertise are all the same; the One-handed Axe. I’m pretty sure it used to be the icon for the represented weapon. Just thought I’d let ya’ll know!

You’re right, I just noticed it too. As I have an old screenshot of earlier versions, it used to be a representation of the designated weapon, as you mentioned.
So this clearly is a small bug 
, which hopefully will be fixed in the future. 
Yep just noticed it on pc battle.net.
I watched king kongor argue with chat for 5 minutes that he selected two handed Axe expertise even after he double and triple checked it and he had two handed sword selected because of this bug lol so if someone who plays as much as him can get confused I hate to think how many people have the wrong expertise selected right now.
