Barbarian Iron Skin buff is suppose to grant 70% of missing life + enchantment which gives another 155% of MAXIMUM life (with my current gear and lvl. This values changes depending on some parameters, I was not able to identify yet). Right now the buff grants a barrier for 70% of missing life + 155% of BASE life stat. E.G. I have a barb with 61k HP, and I am expecting to see a 90k+ barrier, but I am gaining 12.5k barrier instead (~8k hp is a BASE life stat, 12.5k barrier is 155% of BASE life stat). Looks like this issue appeared a couple hours ago.
