Barbarian Bleed Build Legendaries

Is it just me or are there practically no legendaries that create interactions with bleed?

The best legendary I’ve seen for my bleed barbarian is an atk speed generator that allows me to bleed faster, but still has nothing to do with bleed.

Well, you are correct, but we have not seen all of them by far. Luckily there are two good paragon boards for bleed builds.

Edit: yes there are Aspects are bleed Aspects. I am incorrect. The trouble is I keep forgetting that my memory is not what it used to be and I forget that too! And make incorrect posts! Ha! I’m doomed…

While there is no “good” legendaries, you have 2 good uniques to chase though:

Fields of Crimson (2-handed sword)

  • Critical Strike Damage

  • Damage with Two-Handed Slashing Weapons

  • Damage Over Time

  • Cooldown Reduction for Rupture

  • Ranks to Rupture

  • While using this weapon, damaging at least one enemy with Rupture creates a blood pool that inflicts [X] Bleeding damage over 6 seconds. Enemies standing in the pool take 10% increased Bleed damage.

Fists of Fate

Unique Gloves

  • Lucky Hit: Chance to Heal

  • Lucky Hit: Chance to Restore Primary Resource

  • Lucky Hit: Immobilize Chance

  • Lucky Hit: Daze Chance

  • Your attacks randomly deal 1% to [200 - 300%] of their normal damage.

I hope you are right, as the interaction for bleed is practically nil for the material we tested.

Interactions like:

-increase duration

-tick faster

-damage increased if enemy affected by bleed moves

-when enemy affected by bleed dies, it explodes blood shards dealing X damage, similar to what monk did on d3

would be interesting and welcome

I don’t like rupture, i don’t think it worth a skill slot. It doens’t increase the damage, its more worth regain fury and apply rend again instead of burn a bleeding damage that will happen regardless

show us your “bleed” build please. Just today I was going through barbarian legendaries and uniques on Diablo4 cc and all I should think of was “I should move bleed barb up in priority… a lot”

There are six legendary Items which build into bleed as Barbarian:

1.) Bleed on direct damage during berserkin
2.) Stun a bleeding dmg, an he takes up to 40% of there total bleed dmg
3.) Lucky Hit, when you bleed a elite, all you cooldown go down by 1,5sec
4.)Lucky Hit, hits on bleeding enemy can Stun them, check 2.)
5.) -xx% damage taken per enemy with bleed
6.) Lucky Hit, get fury when Rent hits a bleeding enemy

and lastly

7.) Uniq 2h, Rupture creates a blood pool, which does bleeding dmg as ground effect

I used rupture in the first Early Access Beta, I did not find it very overwhelming, I switch to Death Blow. But maybe I did not give it enough time…

Yeah, there’s lot’s of utility aspects from bleeding and the Blood Rage paragon board gives 55% more damage against bleeding enemies aswell as 7.5% more damage from the Bloodfeeder glyph.

Don’t judge all the possible build by the first 20-25 levels we were able to play so far, as 50% of aspects and all the paragon board stuff wasn’t available.

The reason for that its because its bad, it doens’t increases damage

My point is legendaries, so theres no good bleed legendaries… because paragon?

Well I personally find Crimson fields to be one of very intriguing Uniques, I cant get enough of its flavor and I firmly believe if it will be way to go, if it will ever drop for me (also dont forget that Two handed synergy specialization is direct synergy). My point is, I wouldnt be worried about bleed barb, it is imho singlehandedly most interesting barbar spec

How many more do you wan’t.

Aspect of Berserk Ripping: Whenever you deal direct damage while Berserking, inflict [20 - 30%] of the Base damage dealt as additional Bleeding damage over 5 seconds.

Aspect of Anemia: Lucky Hit: Direct damage against Bleeding enemies has up to a [20 - 30%] chance to Stun them for 2 seconds.

Iron Blood Aspect: Gain [2.0 - 4.0%] Damage Reduction for each Nearby Bleeding enemy up to [10 - 20%] maximum.

Skullbreaker’s Aspect: Stunning a Bleeding enemy deals [22 - 40%] of their total Bleeding amount to them as Physical damage.

Slaking Aspect: Lucky Hit: You have up to a [30 - 50%] chance to gain 20 Fury when Rend deals direct damage to at least one Bleeding enemy.

Pair this up with Flay, Rend and Rupture, all the paragon board buffs available for bleeding effects and then the passives like Tough as Nails, Hamstring and Gushing Wounds.

You basically can run through the mobs and see them bleed to death, while becoming allmost invincible due to all the damage-reduction debuffs you put on them.

It works fine with almost every single build, its not about bleed build. But its a good one, okay. Its a nice one.

This one is savage.

The rest is garbage

You don’t need to get rupture, but the sword is really good, and contributes to your bleeding build (I think is a must) also being a sword helps your weapon mastery.

We’ve only scratched the surface so far, I do recall seeing ‘some’ indirect legendaries but they were generic for all classes, such as ‘increase basic skill attack speed’ or the likes.

Barbarian kind of got shafted in the Beta because our most unique aspect is blocked by a quest you had to do outside of Fractured Peaks. So who knows exactly what else we don’t know that wasn’t included at the time but surely Blizzard wouldn’t leave out every thing without some synergy at least.

You’re forgetting a very important detail as well. Devs said there’s WAY MORE legends and uniques ready for launch, we only seen the ones datamined in the beta client, a client that we deleted already because the launch one will be different.

Wait until that one gets datamined, we’ll see everything there.

I really like this one, because you can feel the improvement all the time… its very rewarding regardless being generic

I know that for sure because it was the go-to when it came to with my Necromancer bone build. The splinters that are just flying and applying Vulnerable almost every second and just enough in that same amount of time, Bone Spear flies and eradicates anything (In the first open beta, and paired with another Legendary that also applies vulnerable to all targets hit).

Its hard to pass that up in most cases.
