In the current version, the Barbarian’s Martial Vigor can be stacked to level 25, resulting in a 100% damage reduction against elites. This effect clearly exceeds the intended balance design and does not take diminishing returns into account.

- Skill Name: Martial Vigor
- Issue Observed: The skill provides a 100% damage reduction against elites at level 25.
- Impact: Without considering the diminishing returns, players can stack skill points to achieve total immunity to elite damage, severely impacting the game’s balance and challenge.
Suggested Solutions:
- Implement Diminishing Returns: After a certain level, the damage reduction effect against elites should gradually diminish to prevent players from obtaining excessively powerful defensive capabilities through skill stacking.
- Set a Cap on Damage Reduction: Introduce a reasonable cap on the damage reduction effect of Martial Vigor, such as not exceeding 50% or 60%.
- Rebalance the Skill: Consider the overall balance of the skill tree and make appropriate adjustments to Martial Vigor, ensuring it remains useful at higher levels without being overly powerful.
Example Calculation:
Assuming diminishing returns start after level 10:
- For the first 10 levels, each level provides a 5% damage reduction, reaching 50%.
- Subsequent levels provide a diminishing effect, such as 1-2% per level, with a maximum possible reduction of 60%.
