While on the mission, “In Her Wake”, I used leap while fighting on the stairs and fell through them. I teleported back to town to try to reset but it when I returned, I was still under the stairs. I had to quit the game and when I reentered, it fixed the problem as I was reloaded at the start of the mission.
I did not attempt to recreate the issue or to try leap again on the stairs to see if it repeats.

I had a buddy teleport through a wall using the conduit shrine ability 
Same thing when leaping down the last stairs in Serpent’s Passage before Lilith’s Lament. I somehow landed under the stairs and was unable to move. Using leap again made me rise vertically, but not enough to get out. Portal out and back in returned me to the same stuck spot. Had to leave the game to resolve.
I used barbarian leap on the ground in a specific area and zone and fell through the map , the stairs for w/e reason it is reproducible creating a broken experience for this specific stair case. no unstuck button - and portals cant fix the issue, cannot leap up to fix the issue, had to tp to town and run back I can share the screen shot, the zone is " central chamber " this specific stair case during the following quest “the destroy the tumors of hatred blocking the path forward” , I have put aside a few screen shots if needed. but leaping on this staircase is reproducible.
