Barb has everything except dps?

resource management, party buffs, dots, pull aggro, crowd controll, dash, which all classes have, there is much fun playing the class since it actually feels like you need to understand the enemies patterns instead of bursting, all that stuff feels like the essence of a good character and game.

except when i created a rouge and facerolls everything in sight, im quite certain difficulty remained at 2 so maybe just deminish the other classes dps a bit so they dont just one click every monster and maybe actually use their dash and potions

also im not sure what kind of game d4 really wants to be, for now it feels like it tries to cater to every kind of player, casuals and non casuals character builders and run and gun players all the same

but the barb experience certainly made me feel like i was “tanking for the party” as some mmo player would describe at the same time i feel that the tank role lacks a lot of dps compared to others which means unless tanks are required in a party and soloing otherwise is undoable do to burst damage or such tanking is inefficient and not required since every other class can just dps the boss just fine

so the summary is barb was challenging and fun to play allowing me time to learn boss mechanics while rogue and sorc(i believe) could just ignore most mechanics and just dps like they did in d3

and it leads to the question, why learn the mechanic when you could roll another class and ignore it and level faster?
