Especially on bosses, the damage output seems broken for me.
If I use the Grandfather (+600% damage) or have + 1000 % critical strike damage.
It doesn’t matter.
Can’t beat any pit 75 boss anymore with my bash barb. (before pit 106).

Bash got nerfed heavily for S5. Need to update your build and you should be fine again.
If by broken you mean better/same as season 4 then yes.
People are already 3-5 hitting torm bosses as Barb.
Just follow the guide for the equipment & boards and you’ll be fine.

Barbs have no more cialis refills left.
Rob’s build has bash cleaves upgrade on 4th, 8th, and 12th masterin for 25 % and has perfect rolls. It is very unlikely to reach that.

You don’t have to have his exact gear, just follow the guide generally.

I started leveling my barb today, so still only lvl 70.
Will take me a while to get up there in the gear, but when i do i’ll report back how it is
The weird thing is, I follow that build mainly, but without the legendary mastering on the gear.
I mean you have to have the bash cleave at least at some value and the unique’s + the aspects and the board.
But the specific stats on every item you can probably be a bit lenient with
The important things are having the 2 unique’s, aspects and the specific board.
That sword gives you 200x dmg.
I changed all my skills to Rob’s recommendations. Was insta killed by a pit 75 boss. It does not work!

No he wont. You noobs need to actually play the game and quit watching streams. That damage he shows is on the PTR before the barbs were nerfed into the dirt. You are not doing 200 mil hits with bash anymore even in best gear.
That is more guaranteed than the guaranteed GA chest in Hordes can GUARANTEE you that.

I’m playing bash. I have no Ubers, lowest roll uniques, only 8/12 masterworking and most of my gear have no GAs. I’m speed farming 71 for neathiron right now. If you just kept your build from last season and didn’t adjust for the new gear then of course you’re going to be struggling. Bash still feels pretty powerful to me.
