Earthquake Modifies damage globally. Anyone using Quakes will use Bul-Kathos, Earthquakes, and Executioner with HoTA. Everyone is going to have the same basic build more or less. This is Bash Cleave all over again. Come on Blizzard, do better.

you can find the stomp EQ one in the wild off monsters. Pretty sure I salvaged a couple before I realized there was a UI glitch in the codex that makes it invisible after the first time you search for it. I have a feeling EQ are so overpowered and crazy that they didn’t want the extra modifier in there.

i want just different builds like in S3 where we could play with bleed builds crit builds lot different stuff then Blizzard decided nerf all key passives now no variance any more its one build barb feels bit better its still miles off SB and Necro who are strongest classes in the game now no variance any more its one build
