Hello All!
During Season 7 PTR Aspect Of Apogeic Furor was counting correctly and one after the other the stacks awarded by the weapon swaps of Iron Maelstrom. Which would end up giving us 9 stacks at the end of the 3rd use of the ultimate. This aspect worked amazingly and in conjunction with the main aspect used for Iron Maelstrom which is the Earthstriker Aspect (which overpowers on the 9th weapon swap)and basically Apogeic Furor added amped up dmg on top.
Also upon hitting the 10th stack of (by commencing the first part of Iron Maelstrom again ) Apogeic Furor would reset the 9 stacks and award us with 1 stack for the first weapon swap ( the two handed mace). So in this way the aspect was perfectly in SYNC with the whole Iron Maelstrom-Earthstriker Aspect Rotation.
As of Season 7’s live version of the game - that’s not the case anymore. Upon using the first part of Iron Maelstrom ( the two handed mace) Apogeic Furor does indeed award one stack. When using the second part of Iron Maelstrom ( the two handed slashing weapon) Apogeic Furor doesn’t award a stack if you were to look at buff icons. And then when using the last part of Iron Maelstrom ( the one handed weapons) Apogeic Furor wards 2 stacks instead of just one. Also sometimes it wouldn’t award one point when using the Two Handed mace , award one point when using the Two Handed Slashing Weapon, and then AGAIN award 2 points when using the two One Handed Weapons.
Whichever it is - it is MISSCOUNTING. And because of this miscount the SYNC with Earthstriker Aspect gets disbalanced and offset and because of that Iron Maelstrom cannot really concentrate and do the DPS it is supposed to in the key moments, and rather than that the DPS is just chaotic, disbalanced and that leads to basically loss of dps, the build being less effective and prolonging unnecessarily the fights and just causing the build to misfunction.
I suspect this bug is most likely appearing due to the fact that Apogeic Furor had to be nerfed and perhaps because of that there appeared a coding error. I hope this explanation helps and I hope this is noticed and addressed and fixed very soon.
Kind Regards ALL,
Athoraxe
