The new rogue unique Bands of Ichorous Rose is supposed to remove Poison Trap cooldown while Inner Sight is active.
But if Poison Trap is already on cooldown while Inner Sight activates, the cooldown is not removed.
On the contrary, it stops Exposure key passive from reducing the cooldown of Poison Trap while Inner Sight is active! You’re stuck in cooldown until it naturally counts down. (it still reduces the cooldown of other trap skills normally)
This is a bug with a serious gameplay impact. It was present in the PTR as well. I reported it back then, hoping it would be fixed for the release, but alas. Hope it’s fixed soon.
