Tired of dying in high tier NM dungeons in the middle of killing mobs to a ballista you cant even see on the screen…

and yes they need a nerf or should not be able to fire till on-screen
They are easy to avoid and only in 3 nm dungeons if you stick to A and S tier. If you aren’t sitting around with your thumb up your keister, they are easy as hell to avoid. If you don’t stop moving, they will never hit you.
that’s avoiding the issue.
- yes, the do a crapload of damage
- most of the time you can’t see them because they either are offscreen, hidden behind other enemies or hidden behind scenerie.
won’t hurt to reduce the damage a bit and give us the option the frigging zoom out
thats good if you are a mobility build, some builds can benifit from position planting damage though so, need to consider that.
I use both the audio(which you will miss listing to music ) and a visual with the arrow being large aslong as the first one misses lol.
that being said, they cant one shot me so far, unless i push too high, in which case most thing do, or the have a barrier/armor breakers affix.
So idk tbh, maybe they need nerf maybe not, i got one shot still but the fire enchant explosion, and that got nerfed, but it stood in it like a spaced out wander with no defense up so it was on me too.
tough call for me atm. I prefer nothing one shots along as you are in the builds power range, i find it unfair in general…

IMO, nothing should be able to 1 shot you period, as long as you are not running dungeons that are just flat beyond your characters ability. In which case you’d probably be dying too much from things other than 1 shot ballista’s.

Basically every ranged mobs are just over tuned in terms of damage, which is stupid.
