you’ve created 2 new item for a ball lightning return, and that build cannot even compete in t3 with a full gear… what a fail 
I’m currently running grav ball lightning and have pushed in to tier 90 with just starless. Its been a blast. I would hope they do some work with stormhorn tho, cause its kinda klunky to play.
Not everyone gets mythics though.
I tried using ball lightning as well and it didnt seem to strong to me either.
Of course i didnt have every ball lighting aspect that i could to improve it…
I may try to revisit it later in an armory build… Or if i get mythics to help its specific playstyle.
Im just havin way too much fun with my giant congerations to really care for ball lightning right now haha
