is ball lightning affected by 2 handed weapon attack speed 1.0 or 1 handed weapon attack speed 1.2?
Ball lightning affected by weapon speed like any other skill. Speed no longer affect its damage like in season 2 other than spawn the balls faster.
how many times does ball lightning hit per cast at 100% bonus attack speed, if i am using single handed weapons?

You know you get can set the video play back as slow as you ? You think how those players identify all this bug in the game? They record their attack with dummy, put slow playback and write down each damage on an excel sheet for 30 times and find the average value to compare the expected value and actual value to find the bugs or min maxing.
i checked the BL on the dummy. it shows 6-7 attacks for 1 BL. spear of lyander and 25% BL AS.
