According to the internet this only drops from Varshan and Urivar. However, the only drops of this item I’ve gotten have been from Grigoire. Anyone else?

Just for your amusement, I once got an uber killing a goblin.
They changed bosses to have specific uniques they always drop, and then they pool from all the other uniques.
From the S8 patch notes:
- The first Unique item dropped by a Lair Boss will be from their unique pool. Further Unique Items will have a 50% chance to be from the general Unique pool.
So guaranteed 1 unique from its own pool, and a 50% chance per each individual unique after to be from its own pool or the general unique pool.

Loot is kinda everywhere right now. I got my jacked ophidian iris from grigoire, and my 3GA shroud from lord zir.
I got my first one from the curiosities thief…I mean vendor.
