How in the world especially after the D2 remake server issues are they not prepared for this?
Disconnects after 10min of gameplay just to end up in 90+min Queues are you kidding me?
Looks like Bliz is not capable of learning lessons.
I know this is EA-Beta but anyone could have seen this coming from a mile away and ramped up the servers and put whatever failsafe in place that needs to be in order to not destroy peoples first impressions.
Seems like their favorite pass time is alienating their once loyal fans and it does not seem like they have any intention of stopping that.

We’re barely over an hour into the first huge test. Give them a little grace to sort things out. We aren’t in pitch fork territory yet.

I agree. It’s one thing to have errors and bugs galore but having to wait up to 2hrs just to get in and then possibly get kicked out and back to the end of the line is ridiculous.

Nah they get no grace period, they knew they had early access starting and they can see how many preorders they had, no excuse whatsoever for lack of readiness, early access will be like this all weekend and I will be getting a refund from Sony for misleading preorder information if this stays this way! Stop white knighting developers or they just continue to be horrible and do bad practices!

I think if this continues the whole weekend, sure. And while I agree they should have known what was coming, it’s a new game and this is a big stress test.
I haven’t played their games in some time and have been bitter in the past as well, just feels like giving them a few hours to sort this out before rioting seems fine. Totally get where you guys are at though.

I just want to play! I don’t care if it’s buggy or if I get kicked as long as I can simply jump back in and keep going. Waiting for hour(s) is quite frustrating.

When I was on right at 9am and then got kicked into an 89 minute queue because Blizz servers shat themselves. Gg guys.

Look they ran into this issue with overwatch2 with the que bs that lasted a few days so theyve seen this issue before which killed the launch for OW2 and lots of players was mad. Plus they had alot of people angry when they droped that diablo immortals was releasing before bringing out 4. They just wanna compete with EA on how fast they can go from a big community to zero.

They knew how many people purchased the early beta and still they fell flat when it comes to taking care of their patrons. Thinking about asking for a refund due to their lack of planning and lack of concern for the gamers that prepurchase the expensive package.

They can prepare all they want, estimate how many people are going to smash their login servers all at once, it does not matter, issues are inevitable, and this is why we have these beta weekends.
If anything you should be mad that their wording was poor, if they had said these were stress test weekends, maybe people wouldn’t be so mad, because thats really all these are. They just didn’t want to label it a stress test because that doesn’t generate hype or pre-orders.
Either way, people who are mad and screaming I’m gonna refund is laughable.
