A bug is happening since the last patch in which some variable seems to be floored instead of rounded properly, I got a Druid and sometimes my max resistances are 69.9% instead of 70%, also happens for skills / items (example the amulet should round from 5 max Hurricane to 8 but gives 7) and for Paragon nodes, as seen in the images.
