It’s not working as intended. Went thru a whole dungeon and it didn’t proc once using core skills.
i was playing with a barb yesterday that was freezing enemies , tho i dont know if there is another unique that freezes.
Wouldn’t be the first aspect / ability / item that isn’t working for Barb. Apparently there’s a malignant heart that knocks you down along with the enemies.
Funny how some people think Blizzard actually playtest their patches.
Azurewrath is the new sword for Barb, that has a 20% to freeze enemies for 3 sec with core skills. Didn’t proc once.
Did you pray to Krom to smash your enemies and see them driven before you?

Literal keystones, the things that majorly determines the path of a classes build, weren’t even working on release. There is 0 testing done at blizzard.
Try testing it out on high health basic mobs with a low level ability (so you don’t kill them too fast). That is what I had to do for Bloodless Scream unique scythe for Necromancers to see if it did anything (it did but was underwhelming). Though with it stated that there is a flat 20% chance to freeze it doesn’t make sense you wouldn’t see it at all. At least on elites that can take a few hits.
