Today and yesterday I logged in with it broken, reloaded the game once both times and it fixed it ( could of been luck and might need more then one reload? ). A full reload, not leaving a game and re-joining ( maybe it can fix it? but didn’t with the four times I tried )

If you have a controller, you can also switch to controller (goes on the fly), move a bit and then switch back to mouse and keyboard. That also fixes it for me all the time.
For me it only fixes the problem as long as the controller is on, once it turns off from inactivity the bug reappears
