Least 1 enemy around or 0 brutal heart doesn’t reactive after one session, have to take down the ring and re-equip to active it sometimes. Anyone experiencing this too?

Mine is just a 1 enemy and I just noticed this too not all the time but much of the time it won’t proc and have to re-equip too. Add to the list of many bugs.
Can confirm on my part, re-equipping needed every time.

Same here.
This is quite painful giving how important perma decrepify is for some build ( Slow, Stun and Cooldown reduction).
Just curious so I can start paying attention to this and see if it’s happening for me as well, are you CERTAIN it’s not working or could it just be that the graphic isn’t showing?
My 1 enemy proc heart was not working until a reequip after changing some skill points around for a World Boss fight. (I try not to bone prison the bejeesus out of everyone) Was not seeing any CD reduction procs at all. Maybe something like the minion hp bug where it doesn’t reactivate after leaving town?

have this happen with the “1” and “0” super frustrating to the point im thinking of putting it back on the hotbar
I noticed that the aura animation is missing frequently but the curse is still applied to enemies. I never saw the heart not applying anything with my 1 and 0 versions.

me too. sometimes it’s invisible but still works
Can confirm as well. I use the version of the decrepify that has reduced cooldown chance and when the graphic for auto decrepify was not showing, I was still getting my bone storm ultimate to shed cooldown while hitting things.
Confirmed I had replace a 5 with a 4 thinking was broken then the 4 did same thing and I realized it’s just a display bug and curse applying so threw another 5 back in.
Have the same problem. Need to re-equip the ring to activate the auto cast.
Mine’s at least 0 enemies are near you.
it´s not only decrepify, also corpses too, explosion and tendrils have to be in the skill slot or they doesn´t work.-
i think you should tell them in the bug report instead of necro forum
Second this. Graphic vanishes after using Blood Mist sometimes, but it still curses atound me.
Uhhh… that’s intentional. Read the Heart. It clearly states equipped corpse skills.
