I have same set-ups as my husband regarding authentication ie it asks for authentication via phone (should every time). I got in to the game without authentication request, but he didn’t. He has tried several times and it gets stuck on the Authentication pending. There is no open requests on his mobile app that he could approve. So what is wrong?
I am having the same issue. just spins forever on the Authentication Pending. I am on the PC Client.
Same here tried 3 times and all was same. Authentication Pending. Now 33 min left for que i hope not authentication pending after 33 min waiting again…
Not sure if it is a coincidence or not but I changed my Battle.net application from beta to standard version and now the game looks to be working… I am in the queue, but it has never even made it that far.
Well I was stuck at authentication as well, I’m currently in a hotel…
Then I decided to try to switch to my cellular network instead of wi-fi and now I only have 73 minutes remaining “originally 84”
