I just noticed today that while in Undercity, when I clear a Spirit Beacon the visual for Aura of Siphoning disappears. The effect is still working but the aura no longer shows. When I enter the next level it is back but once a spirit beacon is cleared it is gone again.
Also, if I remove the the power and replace it that visual does come back until I ckear a spirit beacon.
