They dont recognized a lot of the bug…did you ever activated a opal or tried kurast undercity as a group? Opals are not working at all, they dont give you loot/materials/gold etc. they dont give you exp and they dont give you reputation. I tested it multiple times. Blizzard noticed a bug where you get a guaranteed legendary on your first kill while having a opal of equipment active. I meeaaan this this is supposed to give us equipment, right? But they didnt notice that these things dont work at all. We are supposed to get Reputation on every mob kill, but we arent getting it.
Kurast undercity gives no loot in group play at all, imagine paying 50min on a rare tribut while playing with a friend or friends and getting no rewards at all. The only thing you get are few materials.
So you lost 50mil gold and a rare tribut plus possible very good items.
They gave us an unfinished expac for a lot of money for some people.

I tried to get a refund from Sony based on the exception outlined on their website that if a game is faulty refunds are still possible. The CS person kept responding like I said something other than what I said. IE: I selected “isn’t working correctly” as my reason and they said “you selected unauthorized purchase” and then after I clarified they said “you want a refund because you didn’t enjoy the game” so I again clarified and cited the language on their website and the CS person sent me 2 auto responses basically saying I can’t help you and hung up on me. I’ve never requested customer service anything from Sony before and I guess I shouldn’t be surprised they’re like Xfinity but I’m pretty pissed. My friends all chipped in so I could get the DLC and I would rather get the funds back and stash them for future use than have a game I no longer have any faith I’ll be able to play.
I need to decide if I want to try push back. I miss when these companies that take our money actually cared about us being content.

I did this with Dragons Dogma 2…this game ran terrible at release…like 20fps in some areas, it wasnt enjoyable at all and i expect from a game in the year 2024 that it runs smooth on a “next gen” console or that is has a performance mode on default. I just played it an hour and tried to refund it. I had to fight like a week with the support until they finally refunded the game. if you really want the refund you have to fight for it. Trust me they said the exact same things to me. At some point i got an email where the support said, that they are sorry i have to “fight” for the refund.

I’m bumping this to keep it relevant. Still not fixed with the latest patch.
What’s the point of having a big report forum if you’re not even going to monitor it. This feels a lot like screaming into the void.
Maybe Thursday’s patch will fix it.

A refund would be great. But i would be happy with just a revert to the original game so i could at least do something.
Bought this game from nostalgia. But quickly regretting it.

I really hope that this will fix it. The bug description is related to screen reader issue. And this bug is definitely not affecting just screen reader. But it’s still possible, that this was the initial bug description for them and the name stuck, even when it was clear, that the reason is something else.

I hope so. I have heard of pther bugs that i havnt been able to check on (pre purchase pets and steeds to name a couple) because as soon as a couple monsters clamber onto my screen, i have an ear seizure and my brain starts to hurt.
My wife and i are still lvl 9, a week after launch.

They make updates to fix the bugs and in reality nothing has been done to fix them there are all the same bugs as before except for the spiritualist’s dodge

Audio issue still not fixed on PS4. Glad I paid for DLC that is only playable on mute unless I want to break my ears.

That’s not the same thing. This isn’t just the screen reader. It’s ALL audio from new areas and mobs.

The update Thursday is it the last line of the patch notes does say audio improvements, not the screen reader crap. But like I said it’s vague and just says audio improvements so who knows what that’s going to do. It’s kind of a joke it’s not fixed already

Já aplicaram o patch? Aqui no Brasil ainda não está disponível. Talvez a causa do problema seja a mesma e eles estejam tratando somente por essa descrição. Vamos esperar.

It does seem limited to Effects audio. If you turn down the Effects sound slider all the way, it doesn’t happen…but playing the game without any effect sounds is lame

PS4 HERE. So far i found the sound bug to be on music, effects and dialogue. When im in the expansion and any time any other players are near me. They had this bug back when it was in 1st beta test for Diablo 4
