At a certain point

At a certain point, Blizzard is going to have to start giving refunds - regardless of refund criteria…

We are now early on in week 3 and the game is still crashing - fixes for the crashes are still making it worse, etc…

Are we going to get into the start of week 4 like this? Week 5? 6?

We were sold a broken expansion and those experiencing the crashes can barely play.
For me, the max time i can play without crashing is 5min… that is unplayable.

At a certain point… Id rather just get my money back if you guys cant fix these problems a month or more in…

I started late,can’t even finish the story. Game crashes and progress is reset. Thats my que to log out and do something other then play d4.

I highly doubt they will give any refunds especially for the preorders. Suck it up buttercup.

I’m pretty sure they would be breaking refund laws in some countries by not. You cant sell people broken products in places with strict consumer laws and not give a refund. No matter what your policy is…

Ive crashed 1 time in VoH on launch day.

They are not responsible for your hardwear/softwear/ISP

Never had one crash in d4 before season 6. It’s not my hardware.

Okay… nearly every patch and hofix since release has been for… crashing.

I crashed on console once when going through a realm portal WAS FN EPIC WOWZERS

Well Blizzard is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you are going to get.

I jinxed myself, After the SECOND to last patch My game was above decent…

Now after this unexpected Update, there is about a 38% chance that if I Zone/Teleport to a new area my game slows down on the load screen… then it just freezes. The music is still playing, I can see some words on the screen, but I can’t move, it’s just a Black Screen.

I don’t know how many times over all I had to “CTR, ALT, DELETE” just to try to play the game again.

Their product runs on hardware they didnt provide utilizing services they dont maintain. You could never in a million years prove its them if they can point to any PC player that says they never crash. Unfortunately.

People like you need to just leave Blizzard all together. If it was that bad you would of never got the xpac. QQ

For those who have had that issue since day 1, honestly should get a refund or something. They bought a product that doesn’t play the way it’s suppose to.

As a person who works in retail (and who watches a lot of JUDGE JUDY, LOL!!)

When you buy a product with your money, you are fulfilling a contract.

If product doesn’t do what it’s advertised to do that product as Breached the contract.
With a receipt you should be able to Return product and get your money back (or get something else).

NOT Sure if this applies to a situation like this though.

I normaly have no problems,its just this season. It’s something on Blizzards end .

This is why people hate online only games. You are at their mercy whether a game plays. Never had issues with D3 like this. D3 was local only unless you played season.
