Assume a Live Adaptation Movie/Series of Diablo Universe is Being Made

Which actor/actress would be your pick for which character?
Granted we don’t have all the characters for D4 the main campaign plot right now but there’ll surely be 5 main classes characters in the game. The movie could also be previous Diablo storyline.
Henry Cavil? Kit Harrington?

I’d absolutely toss my lot into the hat for Michael Gough to be Deckard Cain, as he is the only one respectable for the role… Just… need to age him by quite a bit lol.

Michael Fassbender for a male Rogue. He played Assassin’s Creed so well that he would be perfect for the roll as a Rogue.

Dwayne Johnson or Dave Bautista would be the only real choices for a Barbarian hero.
Maybe Jamie Foxx as Tyrael.
Gal Gadot as an Amazon hero.
Michelle Rodriguez as the female Rogue hero.
Lucy Liu as the Assassin hero.
Doctored up and aged Michael Gough as Deckcard Cain, because obviously.

Very much unsure about the Necromancer, Druid, Paladin and Sorceress.

I’m stumped on virtually everyone else.

I don’t have actors in mind for a film adaptation but i reckon the Sin War books would make a great set of films or episode series. Even better now that Lilith and Inarius return for d4. Would be great insight for those that didnt read it!

Man could you imagine if they did a Diablo series as good as they did The Last of Us? I mean maybe some people didn’t like that series but I thought it was fantastic.

Not really. Max von Sydow was decades younger than the Father Merryn he was portraying in the Exorcist. They aged him up with prosthetics, and that was back in the 70s.

Hard to believe he’s only 34. Facially he looks ~50.
