Looks like a lot of aspects have been nerfed after the patch. 12k thorns while berserking down to 4k. Fortify from overcapping fury was 23 but now it’s 12. Not sure if this was all intended or if it’s a bug or what but watch out for your aspects.

Mine were still normal so just exited and downloading the update now to check.
Lets be fair though, Barb hasn’t been nerfed for a few days now so was well overdue.

We need to nerf Barbs and Rogues ASAP! Both of these class are breaking things!
I’m not blizzard white knight but they did correct the hota problem pretty fast last patch. If there’s unintended problems, I feel like they will correc them
There should not be unintended problems. Especially not backend changes affecting damage of a skill.

Aspects when imprinting should be scaling to item level, not character level. Some codex are bugged and we know it’s going to be patched. Numbing wrath is one amongst bugged codex.

I’m still very much amused that they messed up HotA while trying to fix Druid Unique drop rates. Either they have something horribly and systematically wrong with their development team and/or workflow, or they were lying and entirely intended to nerf HotA.
I’m not sure which one I think is more likely. And the fact that I think both are equally likely says a lot. :3

They were likely trying to fix theirt “mistake” causing the AoE from base HoTA and the Aspect to result in double damage if you purposefully miss. Evidenced by the result being one number not two.
Called it a “Performance tweak” which is technically true then forums caught fire and devs might have realized Barbs can’t actually compete without double damage so they reverted it.
In the end Barb will be worse off for it since there’s less urgency to fix the bug ridden class.
Fixing Numbing Wrath makes no difference to me as a Barb because Fortify itself is buggy.
