Crown of Lucion is affecting a lot of aspects. Unequip the helm.

Crown of Lucion does not work with Encroaching Wrath currently. You need to figure out if you want to use Crown or Encroaching Wrath.

That’s funny. It isn’t even acknowledged and none of the broken stuff was listed in the Patch Notes. There are still quite a few bugs with Barbarian since Beta that have yet to even be spoken about by any Blizzard personnel.
Might require a major patch. Maybe blizzard knows about the issue but can’t find a solution to the problem yet. I haven’t seen complains regarding other class and Lucion.
The worst thing is an interaction with the crown, because without it all aspects work. I’m not using the aspect Encroaching Wrath. The build I thought only works with the crown, it would give overpower every 2 hits. t’s sad that it doesn’t work due to unwanted interaction
