I have a 21/21 level aspect, but when I try and apply it, it does not apply
I have photos as proof, but don’t know where to upload them. It’s the Tyrael’s Jurisdiction on my gloves.

I am having the same issue but with the Aspect of disobedience. I have tried numerous times and have also tried restarting the game and trying again to no avail.
Here too. Can apply 11.4 on aspect of ascencion but 11.0 is highest i can get.
Have many aspects with the same behavior.
I also had this with conceited on a ring. I had to find another ring and put the aspect on it and it worked fine. Nothing I did to the first ring worked. Put dif aspect on it and then tried to go back, and still no increase.
I am having the same issue, I have a 21/21 celestial strife aspect, but when I apply it doesn’t give me the max stat.
This is still an issue, and it’s happening with multiple aspects for me.
Adaptability on a ring, hale’s salve on chest, moonrise on a glove… none of the upgrades are applying, imprinting is only showing the base level numbers for the imprint.
It isn’t an across-the-board issue, celestial strife on an amulet seems to be working properly. I’d love to know if this is just a visual bug.
For myself and some others this may be the known (but unacknowledged) bug effecting Non-ancestral 750 item power bloodied items.
They are always minimum aspect. So I just trashed EVERY bloodied 750 item since it’s always minimum.
All the following can be imprinted normally:
Bloodied Ancestral 800 legendaries
Ancestral 800 legendaries
non-bloodied 750 legendaries
Your mileage may very as this appears to be a bug and some say it is not affecting them

Same problem here. It seems that it is because they are bloodied. Big bummer.

It doesn’t help while leveling or gearing, but bloodied ancestral gear doesn’t have this issue, they will imprint correctly.

It looks like a random issue on different necklaces, some works fine, some dont.
Yes it does work. Many have been reporting that it works on bloodied ancestral items since the beginning of the season. And it has for me too:
Here’s a item that I just imprinted as an example.
Same problem here. Normal bloodied items still don’t imprint correctly. I have bloodied boots which I want to imprint with a maxed out Ursine Horror imprint, but the boots get a level 1 imprint instead. Season feels like a rushed season to me. PS5 D4 crashing all the time, PC and PS5 version not imprinting bloodied items correctly, PS5 version sometimes not letting you join in couch coop, etc. Let’s just hope the expansion will not have these problems anymore…
After a bit of testing, it seems aspects will not upgrade on any bloodied, legendary, non-ancestral, item.
