Aspect Power Level

So my buddy and I was talking about aspects and it led to something.

Example: Barbarian Grasping WW Aspect: The one that draws the enemy closer to you.

I have one of them aspects it says power level 600, but I have another same aspect, it states it is power level 900.

Does this mean, the ASPECT is stronger at pulling them in? Clarity please from you Diablo Nerds.

Some aspects just do the thing they do and nothing more with no extra benefit if you have them at a higher level, or put them on an amulet either, the effect is just the effect. The item level goes up because that’s what plants crave!

they are exactly the same.

Item level only effects the item itself. It determines base armor and damage, as well as the possible range for other various non-legendary stats it may possess. Example ( example only-not real values): A helm at item level 50 may have armor of 70, and if item level 51 is now armor of 71. Same helm at item lvel 50 may give a strength bonus range of (2-4), may go to a strength bonus range of (3-4) by item level 60.

The legendary aspect is not effected by item level itself, but in some (not all) cases may be effected by the type of item. If this is the case, then you will see it get a boost from being on an amulet (50% bonus) or 2H weapons (100% bonus). Example, Aspect x gives does 100 points extra damage under appropriate conditions. If applied to amulet, damage bonus is now 150, and if applied to a 2H weapon is now 200 points.

Item power and rng stat rolls are 2 sepsrate things. Item power directly impacts raw armor and raw damage, it also gives bit higher ranges.

You can have a lower item level on armor and it could be better than a 925. Wepons you want to keep that 925.

Aspects can be imprinted so its not really an issue.
