Aspect of Voracious Rage (originally Unrelenting Fury for Barbarian only) is now generic but the tooltip is incomplete. Should also state “hitting a Boss with a Core Skill refunds” a percent of the cost as well.
Does this work on a “per second” with Whirlwind?

Sorry for the delay in answering your question, but it does appear to refund your Fury per second.
With Unbridled Rage, on a single target boss, you will not be able to sustain Fury throughout a whole fight without other sources of Fury generation. Without Unbridle Rage, on a single target boss, you will steadily gain Fury end over end.
Separately, the “hitting a Boss with a Core Skill refunds” effect needs to work will all classes. Sadly, that portion of the aspect (whether intended or unintended) has persisted for Barbarian while every other class does not have such access. Would be a big boon to a lot of builds (Bone Spirit comes to mind). Thank you.
