How do you apply this aspect and get more than just 1 ? I’ve seen people with higher. thanks
Restore 1 of your Primary Resource
You need to find the legendary item with this power to get more than 1. It can then have a higher roll. All aspects from the codex always have the lowest possible roll.

It’s a very rare drop as I’ve never seen 1 and I’m level 75+.

I dont believe it can be put on an amulet, i think its ring only
