I have the “Withering Band of Trickery” and it states that it drops a bomb after I use a “Subterfuge” skill. I picked up the skill “Smoke Grenade” and it does drop the bomb. “Quickening fog” states that at the end of a dash you automatically drop a “Smoke Grenade” but when I dash it does nothing. The expected result should be the skill “Smoke Grenade” going off, and a bomb being dropped.
I remember seeing quickening fog work while running helltides, but I am also seeing it not work currently, not sure why
