If it is intended that wolves that are werewolves from Aspect of the Alpha are supposed to trigger Lupine Ferocity, it is not working. Only reason I think that it should, is that the wolves skill gets the “werewolf” tag on the skill when using the aspect. So if it is a werewolf skill now, shouldn’t it also work to trigger lupine ferocity?
I have also noticed that Aspect of the Alpha doesn’t trigger as a werewolf skill in general. When you use the Wolves skill while affected by this aspect, you shapechange back to a human instead of staying (or shapechanging into) a werewolf since it is supposed to be a werewolf skill.
Clarifying my expectation: Shapechanging to a werewolf when using the Wolves skill in this way is expected given that if you cast an earth skill that gains the Werebear tag, you shapechange into a werebear when using a werebear tagged earth skill.
I second the initial observation, “Aspect of the Alpha” werewolf companions don’t trigger the “Lupine Ferocity” key passive
In addition, the skill’s buff tooltip is “broken” as it says that the bonus is only received on the 6th strike, whereas the skill’s tooltip mentions the 3rd strike. As the buff is actually lost on the 3rd strike, this only seems to be a GUI flaw though
